I had a wonderful stay at Ortea Palace Hotel in Syracuse. The location was fantastic, giving me easy access to explore Ortigia and the beautiful harbor views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, the lack of outdoor dining options and some small bathroom features could use improvement. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the rich culture of Syracuse.

My suite was beautifully appointed with an imperial-sized bed and an elegantly designed sitting area. The two levels added a unique touch, but I found the bathrooms to be a bit small for the price I paid.

Breakfast was a good start to my day with a wide array of choices. However, I was disappointed that the rooftop bar and restaurant with outdoor seating was only open one night during my stay.
Facilities

The facilities were well-maintained, though I missed having more outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. The gym was small but functional for a quick workout.

During my stay at Ortea Palace Hotel, I was enamored by its stunning location near the bridge connecting Syracuse and Ortigia island. though I faced some challenges with the air conditioning and cleanliness in certain areas. The hotel combines historical charm with modern luxury, particularly in its beautiful lobby and attentive staff. yet, I found access to facilities like the pool surprisingly costly. Overall, it offered a nice experience, but it could use some improvements in service consistency.

I had a great two-day stay at the Ortea Palace Hotel. The luxurious rooms were a treat, though I found the shower area to be a bit cramped. The hotel's prime location in Ortigia made it easy to explore the charming island, but I did encounter some issues with parking during my arrival, which was a bit of a hassle.

Rooms

The rooms are modern and comfy, with some two-level options. I had a great view of the harbor, which was stunning. However, the shower was surprisingly small for a five-star hotel.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options, but the dining setup was a bit strange. The rooftop experience was limited as it was only open on Wednesdays, which is unfortunate.

Though the hotel is well-designed, I was disappointed there wasn't an outdoor pool. The indoor pool area was nice but lacked a proper atmosphere. Valet parking was convenient.

I recently stayed at the Ortea Palace Hotel in Syracuse for three nights, and it was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic for exploring Ortigia, and the spa facilities are a definite highlight. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, and I found my room a bit small without a view. Overall, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere but felt there were areas for improvement.
